The seventh annual Pride of Place Awards took place in Knightsbrook Hotel in Trim on Friday last with Moynalty scooping the top prize for the second year in a row. Over 600 guests including Tidy Towns Groups, Residents Associations and Elected Representatives attended the event where Cllr. Willie Carey, Cathaoirleach of Meath County Council paid tribute to the vital work of the many volunteers who participate in the Pride of Place Initiatives

After the awards ceremony Elvis and his band took to the stage and a great night was enjoyed by all.
