Certificate of Registration - Sewage Sludge
Waste Management, (Registration of Sewage Sludge) Regulations
Waste Facility Permits and CoRs are granted by Local Authorities.
The form below is for the following purposes under the Waste Management, (Registration of Sewage Sludge) Regulations 2010, S.I No. 32 of 2010 (hereafter referred to as the Regulations):
(a) The making of an application for a Certificate of Registration, (CoR) or
(b) The making of an application for a Review of a Certificate of Registration, (CoR)
In order to make the application process as efficient as possible it may be necessary for the relevant local authority to contact the applicant or a representative for the applicant while processing the application. The application contact person must have a good knowledge of the application form and the detail within. For this reason it is recommended that the application contact person should be the person who has completed the application form and any relevant supporting information.
It is recommended that the applicant familiarise themselves with the requirements of the relevant Waste Management Plan/s for the North East region and the National Hazardous Waste Management Plan 2008-2012.
