How to Pay a Parking Fine

Payment can be made at Kells Town Council during the hours of 9am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.  Payment may also be made by post - view our contact details.  Cheques, etc. should be crossed and made payable to Kells Town Council.

How to Appeal a Parking Fine

Appeals in relation to alleged Fixed Charge Offences should be made in writing only to the Town Clerk, Kells Town Council.
